Chap. 422.—An ACT to remove the political disabilities of Page
McCarty and William L. Royall.

Approved May 24, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general ussembly of Virginia (two-
thirds of both houses concurring), That the disabilities of
Page McCarty and William L. Royall, incurred under clause
three of section one, of article three of the constitution of
Virginia, with reference to duelling, be and the same are
hereby removed.

2. his act shall be in force from its passage.
