Chap. 414.—An ACT to amend the charter of the Brentsville, Bris-
tow, and Manassas telephone company, incorporated by the circuit
court of Prince William county.

Approved May 23, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the said company be authorized to increase its capital stock
from one thousand to five thousand dollars.

Z. That whereas doubt has arisen as to the legality of said
charter oan arennnt af the eanital atock af eaaid enmnang
being less than the minimum amount authorized by section
sixty-two of chapter fifty-seven of the Code of eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-three, be it enacted that said charter be
and the same is hereby legalized.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
