Chap. 413.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2, chapter 200,
Acts of Extra Session, 1884, entitled an act to incorporate the town
of Clifton Forge in the county of Alleghany.
Approved May 23, 1887.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly ot Virginia, That
section two of chapter two hundred, Acts of Extra Session
of eighteen hundred and eighty-four. entitled an act to incor-
porate the town of Clifton Forge in the county of Alleghany,
e amended and re-enacted so as to read as foliows:
§2. That the boundaries of said town shall be as follows:
Beginan at the carding mill-dam, thence in a straight line
to C. M. Berger’s slaughter-house; thence along the county
road toa point opposite east end of Chesapeake and Ohio
caboose track; thence to Jackson’s river; thence crossing
same to county road on south side of said river; thence
along said county road to a point on hill opposite the stone
bridge across Mill creek; thence to said bridge; thence up
Mill creek to the beginning.
2. This act shall be in force from its passaze.
