Chap. 412.—An ACT to prescribe the time for holding the courts of
the fourteenth judicial circuit.

Approved May 23, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit courts for the several counties of the fourteenth
judicial circuit, shall be held at the following times in each
ear: .
y Botetourt county, twenty-third day of May and twenty-
second day of October.
Craig county, fifteenth day of April and fifteenth day of
October.
Floyd county, third day of May and sixteenth day of No-
vember.
Montgomery county, tenth day of May and twenty-sixth
day of November.
b Roanoke county, first day of April and first day of Octo-
er.
2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
