lL Be it enacted by the ceneral assembly of Virginia, That
the act approved March tiwelith, civhteen hundred and sev-
enty-eleht, catitled an act to prov ide tor kee ‘ping the paupers
in the counties of Scott. Lee, Grayson, Carroll, Floyd. Gooch-
land, Bedtord, Mathews, Rockbridge, and Amherst, and the
act approved thirty-first March. eighteen hundred and seven-
ty-nine, entitled an act to amend the third section of the said
det, be and the same are herve thy repealed as to the county of
Amberst.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
