Chap. 385.—An ACT for the relief of G. W. Jones.
Approved May 23, 1887.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be and he is hereby directed
to draw his warrant on the treasurer of the commonwealth
in favor of G. W. Jones for fourteen dollars and seventy-five
cents, payable out of any money in the treasury not other-
wise appropriated; the same being the amount erroneously
assessed against him on a certain tract of land in’ Warren
county, Virginia, and paid by him into the State treasury.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
