Chap. 342.—An ACT for the relief of C. E. Wilson, treasurer of Notto-
way county.

_Approved May 21, 1887.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for C. E. Wilson, treasurer of the county
of Nottoway, to collect by levy or otherwise, as if the
same were executions in the hands of the sheriff of said
county, all tax bills assessed for the years eighteen hundred
and eighty-three-four, in said county, and which were not
returned delinquent: however that the right of said treasurer
to levy for the said tax bills shall not continue beyond twelve
months from the date of the passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
