Chap. 340.—An ACT to repeal so much of section 8 of an act approved
November 26, 1884, entitled an act to expedite the building of the
Tron Belt railroad company in part, as gives said company the ex-
clusive right to build its road through Rich valley and Poor valley.

. 1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
so much of section eight of an act approved November
twenty-six, eighteen hundred and eighty-four, entitled an act
to expedite the building of the Iron Belt railroad in part, ap-
proved November twenty-six, eighteen hundred and eighty-
four, as gives the exclusive right to said company to build a
railroad from Saltville, in Smyth county, Virginia, up Rich
valley and Poor valley to points specified in said act, be and
the same is hereby repealed. ,
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
