Chap. 317.—An ACT for the relief of W. H. Clark, of Pulaski county,
from the payment of a fine.

Whereas it is brought to the knowledyve of the general
assembly that W. H. ‘Clark was, at the ——— term of the
county court of Pulaski county, fined fifty dollars for a mis-
demeanor at a time when he was a boy of tender years; and
whereas, by reason of ill health be is unable to pay said fine,
and it appearing that his conduct since said fine was imposed,
has been that of an honest and upright youth; therefore
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the said W. H. Clark be and is hereby released from the pay-
ment of said fine imposed by the county court of Pulaski
county, on the day of ———, eighteen hundred and
eighty-two.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
