Chap. 312.—An ACT allowing the treasurer of Russell county further
time to colleet delinquent taxes.

Approved May 20, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly of Virginia, That
V. B. Gilmer, treasurer of Russell county, be allowed the
further time of one year within which to destrain and levy
for and collect tax tickets still. in his hands uncollected and
not returned delinquent, for which he has accounted to the
State, for the years cightcen hundred and eighty-three, eigh-
teen hundred and eiybty-four, and eighteen hundred and
eighty-five.

2. ‘This act shall be in force from its passage.
