pay gardener at Governor’s mansion.

Resolved by the Senate (the House of Delegates concur-
ring), Tbat the sum heretofore annually appropriated for
payment of gardener at the governor's mansion, may be used
at the discretion of the governor for pay of gardener or
laborer, repairs to greenhouse, purchase of plants, and for
other horticultural purposes.
