Chap. 275.—JOINT RESOLUTION allowing the sureties of Peyton
R. Ford, of Charlotte county, further time to make settlement.

Approved May 18, 1887.

Resolved by the House of Delegates (the Senate concur-
ring), That Joseph O. Snell, Fenton G. North, A. D. Ford,
and the personal representatives of C. M. Pugh, deceased,
sureties of Peyton R. Ford, late collector of Madison town-
ship, Charlotte county, Virginia, be allowed the further time
of twelve months in which to comply with the provisions of
an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact an act for the
relief of Peyton R. Ford, late collector of Madison township,
Charlotte county, Virginia, approved February the fifth,
eighteen bundred and eighty-six.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
