Chap. 266.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of Rustburg Presbyte-
rian church to borrow money and execute a lien on the. church
» property.
Approved May 16, 1887.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Rustbure Presbyterian church, at Rust-
burg, Campbell county, Virsinia, be and they are hereby au-
thorized to borrow a sum of money, not to exceed three bur-
dred dollars, to be applied to the payment of a debt now
resting upon the said church, and evidenced by bond exe-
cuted “by Robert A. Clement, Junior, James E. Glenn, and
Adam Clement, and payable to Miss Estelle Perran, for the
sum of two hundred and fifty dollars with the accumulated
interest thereon. And the said trustees are hereby author-
ized to secure the payment of the money so borrowed, by
executing a deed of trust upon all real estate or interest in
real estate, including the church building now owned by said
church, with such conditions as may be agreed upon by said
trustees.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
