Chap. 259.—An ACT allowing John R. Alrich, treasurer of Spotsylva-
hia county, further time to collect delinquent taxes.

Approved May 16, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly of Virginia, That
John R. Alrich, treasurer of Spotsylvania county, be allowed
the further time of ono year within which to destrain and
levy for, and collect any uncollected tax tickets still in his
hands, and not returned delinquent, for which he has ac-
counted to the State for the years cighteen hundred and
cighty-three and eighteen hundred and eighty-four.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
