Chap. 224.—An ACT to change the name of the Flat Top coal com-
pany to the Old Dominion mining and railway company.

Whereas the general assembly of Virginia, by an act ap-
proved February tifteentb, eighteen hundred and cighty-two,
incorporated the London and Buckingham construction and
mining company; and whereas by an amendatory act of the
general assembly of Virginia, approved January eighteenth,
eiyhteen hundred and eighty-four, the corporate name of the
London and Buckingham construction and mining company
was changed ta the Flat Top coal company, with the autho-
rity to enjoy all the rights, privileges, and powers conferred
by the original grant; now, therefore, |

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the corporate name of the Flat Top coal company be and it
is hereby changed to the Old Dominion mining and railway
company, and by that name shall enjoy all the rights, privi-
leges, and powers conferred by, and be subject to all the lim-
itations imposed thereon by the several acts aforesaid.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
