Chap. 217.—An ACT to authorize and empower the board of super-
visors of Rockingham county to allow certain compensation to the
overseers of the poor of said county.

Approved May 14, 1887.

1. Boit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the. board of supervisors of Rockingham county be and is
hereby authorized and empowered to allow to cach overseer
of the poor of said county for each year’s service not less than
thirty dollars nor more than sixty dollars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
