Chap. 207.—An ACT to permit the board of supervisors of the county
of Floyd to increase the district school levy.

Approved May 12, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virgima, That
it shall be lawful for the board of supervisors of Floyd county
to increase the district school levy in each or any school dis-
trict in said county to an amount not excecding thirty cents
on every one hundred dollars value of real and personal tax.
able property, said tax to be collected as the taxes of said dis-
trict are now collected.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
