Chap. 202.—An ACT to authorize the board of commissioners of roads
of Lovettsville district, in the county of Loudoun, to make an addi-
tional levy for road expenditures.
Approved May 12, 1887.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of road commissioners of Lovettsville district, in
the county of Loudoun, be and they are hereby authorized
and empowered at their discretion, to levy an additional road
tax to that now authorized, not exceeding ten cents on the
dollar of the ainount of State revenue, and a like per centage
on licenses within said district, as adjusted for the State and
county tax, for the purpose of working and keeping in repair
the roads and bridges of said district; said tax to be levied,
extended, and collected as is provided by law.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
