Chap. 200.—An ACT to remove the political disabilities of John L.
Lee, of Amherst, and B. C. Mosby, of Bedford.

Approved May 12, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia (two-
thirds of both houses concurring), That the disabilities ot
‘Beverly C. Mosby and John L. Lee, of the counties of Bed-
ford and Amherst, respectively, incurred under clause three
of section one of article three of the constitution of Virginia,
with reference to duelling, be and the same are hereby re-
moved.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
