Chap. 155.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3 of an act ap-
proved March 6, 1886, entitled an act for the relief of the sureties
of L. L. Deakins, late treasurer of Greenesville county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section three of an act approved March sixth, eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-six, entitled an act for the relief of L. L.
Deakins, late treasurer of Greenesville county, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§3. That no execution shall issue upon the said judgments
until after the expiration of two years from the date of the
passage of this act; but the said L. L. Deakins shall not be
released from the payment of the difference between. the
amounts due by him and the market value of the bonds
which may be paid by the sureties under the provisions of
this act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
