Chap. 89.—An ACT to allow W. J. Cave, treasurer of Madison county,
further time to collect tax-tickets for which he has accounted to the
state.

Approved February 3, 1888.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That |
W. J. Cave, treasurer of Madison county, be allowed the '
further time of one year within which to distrain for and col-
lect any uncollected tax-tickets still in his hands for the years
eighteen hundred and eighty-three, eighteen hundred and
eighty-four, eighteen hundred and eighty-five, and eighteen
hundred and eighty-six, and which are not returned delin-'
quent for which he has accounted to the auditor. '

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
