Chap. 495.—An ACT to allow the district school board of Buchanan
district, Botetourt county, to purchase Blue Ridge hall, and for con-
veyance of same.

Approved March 5, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the district school board of Buchanan district, Botetourt
county, be allowed to purchase the property in said county
known as the Blue Ridge hall, and to pay for the same out
of any moneys under their control that can be used for that
purpose, and the. trustees of said Blue Ridge hall, upon the
payment of the purchase money, are allowed to convey the
same by proper deed to the said district school board, to be
held by them, for public free school purposes.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
