Chap. 480.—An ACT to authorize T. E. Henshaw and W. H. Ruark to
place a boom in Mattaponi river.
Approved March 5, 1888.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
T. E. Henshaw, of the county of King and Queen, and W.
H. Ruark, of King William county, be and they are hereby
authorized and empowered to place in the Mattaponi river
at any point in said river above Dunkirk, booms for the pur-
pose of catching their lumber or saw-mill logs.
