Chap. 458.—An ACT for the relief of Lillias D. Womack, a lunatic.

Whereas, it is alleged that Lillias D. Womack, a lunatic,
now in the Western lunatic asylum, has heretofore paid more
for attention in said asylum as a pay patient than has been
paid bY the state for free patients, per capita; therefore,
1, Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Lillias D. Womack be and he is hereby entitled to all the
rights and benefits of a free patient in the said asylum, and
released from the payment of any further sum hereafter ac-
eruing against him as a patient in said asylum.
2. All sums of money alleged to be due from the said Lil-
lias D. Womack for attention and care as patient heretofore
rendered him, are hereby declared to be discharged, and his
estate is relieved from the payment of the same.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
