Chap. 451.—An ACT for the reimbursement of Richard E. Frayser
for money expended by him in behalf of the commonwealth.

Approved March 6, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be and he is hereby author-
ized and empowered to draw his warrant on the treasurer for
the sum of one hundred and thirty-five dollars, in favor of
Ric Re 1 Kraven, to be paid out of, any,moneys not other-
wise appropriated, being the amount paid by him for the ser-
vices of porter during the term of his office as superinten-
dent of public printing.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
