Chap. 445.—An ACT for the relief of William H. Carter, of Wash-
ington county. .

Approved March 6, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
William H. Carter, of Washington county, be and he is here-
by released from the payment of a fine of twenty dollars
imposed upon him by the judgment of the county court of
Washington county at its August term, eighteen hundred
and eighty-six.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
