Chap. 440.—An ACT to amend section 1 of chapter 14 of an act to fix
the times for holding the terms of the circuit court of Bedford
county, approved 14th of January, 1882.

Approved March 56, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section one of chapter fourteen of an act to fix the times for
holding the terms of the circuit court of Bedford county, ap-

roved fourteenth January, eighteen hundred and eighty-two,
e@ amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§1. Beit enacted by the general assembly, That the cir-
cuit court of Bedford county shall hereafter hold two regular
terms in each year, the spring term to commence on the first
day of March, and the fall term to commence on the first of
September.

2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are
hereby repealed.

3. Phis act shall be in force from its passage.
