Chap. 438.—An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the circuit
courts in the ninth judicial circuit.

Approved March 6, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit courts of the ninth judicial circuit shall hold
terms at the times and places hereafter specified, to-wit:

Essex—Wednesday after the third Monday in March and
September.

ancaster— Wednesday after the fourth Monday in March
and September. :

Northumberland—Saturday after the fourth Monday in
March and September.

Mathews—First Thursday in April and October.

Middlesex—Second Thursday in April and October.

Gloucester—Monday after second Thursday in April and
October.

King and Queen—Twenty-fifth of April and October.

King William—First day of May and November.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act, be
and the same are hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force on and after the first day of
June, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight.
