Chap. 4.—An ACT to declare valid the deed from the trustees of St.
Luke’s P. E. Church in Amherst county to G. D. Meriwether.

Approved January 6, 1888.

1. Be it‘enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That 1
the deed by which the trustees of Saint Luke’s Presbyterian '
Episcopal church in Amherst county conveyed one acre of
ground to G. D. Meriwether, which deed is now of record in
the clerk’s office of said county, be and the same is hereby
declared valid.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. (
