lected tax tickets in their hands and not returned delinquent for
1882-3-4-5 and 6.
sureties, be allowed one year from the passage of this act to
distrain and levy for and collect any uncollected tax tickets
still in their hands and not returned delinquent for the years
eighteen hundred and eighty-two, eighteen hundred and
eighty-three, cightoen hundred and eighty-four, eighteen
hundred and eighty-five and eighteen hundred and eighty-
six, for which said treasurer has accounted to the auditor of
ublic accounts of the state and the board of supervisors of
ppahannock county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
