Chap. 368.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the Christian church
at Chatham, Virginia, to borrow money to complete their church.

Approved March 2, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Christian church at Chatham, Virginia,
be and they are hereby authorized to borrow a sum of money,
not exceeding one thousand dollars, to enable them to com-
plete the said church.

2. Said trustees shall have authority to execute a deed of
trust upon the church property to secure the payment of the
money so borrowed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
