Chap. 353.—An ACT to repeal the charter of the town of Hillsville.
Approved March 2, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
an act approved January the twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred
and seventy-eight, entitled an act to incorporate the town of
Hillsville, in the county of Carroll, be and the same is hereby
repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
