tion actually paid in.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section eleven hundred and sixty-eight, chapter fortycaigtht
Code eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, be and the same i
neeby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force on and after the first day o:
May, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight.
