Chap. 333.—An ACT for the relief of Fleming Anderson, a blind ex-
confederate soldier of Halifax county. .

Approved March 1, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be and he is hanty directed
to list the claim in favor of Fleming Anderson, a blind ex-
confederate soldier of the county of Halifax, for the pension
or commutation hereafter provided for such persons.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
