Chap. 251.—An ACT for the relief of Hughes Dillard, Jr., from the
payment of a fine.

Approved February 24, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Hughes Dillard, junior, be and he is hereby relieved from
the payment of a fine of twenty-five dollars and costs,
imposed upon him by the county court of Pittsylvania at its
December term, eighteen hundred and eighty-six.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
