Chap. 191.—An ACT to allow Joseph T. Fudge, treasurer of Alleghany
county, further time to distrain, levy and collect certain tax-tickets
and license taxes for which he has accounted to the state.
Approved February 23, 1888.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Joseph T. Fudge, treasurer of Alleghany county, be allowed
the further time of one year from the passage of this act, in
which to distrain and levy for and collect any uncollected tax-
tickets, licenses, taxes and levies in his hands for the years
eighteen hundred and eighty-three, eighteen hundred eighty-
four, and eighteen hundred and eighty-five, and not returned
delinquent, and for which he has accounted to the state.
2. This act shall be in torce from its passage.
