Chap. 155.—An ACT to relieve Mrs. Maria Simpson Throgmorton of
Henrico county of taxes improperly paid by her.

Approved February 18, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of ponies accounts be and he is hereby author-
ized to issue his warrant in favor of Mrs. Maria Simpson
Throgmorton, of Henrico county, for the sum of eight dol-
lars and thirteen cents state taxes improperly paid by her.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
