Chap. 138.—An ACT to extend the time of settlement of P. D. Divers,
late treasurer of Franklin county, with the supervisors of his
county.
teen hundred and eighty-six, other than school levies: pro-
vided that this act shall in no wise affect or impair the
validity of the official bond of said treasurer; and that before
he shall receive the benefit of the same, the said Divers must
obtain and file of record in the clerk’s office of his county, the
written acquiescence of his sureties in the provisions of this
act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. ,
