Chap. 112.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Clarke
county to appropriate a sum not exceeding one hundred dollars
’ from the county levy for the purchase of fuel for the county jail.

Approved February 8, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for the board of supervisors of Clarke county
to appropriate yearly out of the county levy, a sum not ex-
ceeding one hundred dollars for the purchase of fuel for the
jail of said county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
