Chap. 110.—An ACT to exempt undertakers from jury service.
Approved February 8, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
all undertakers who pay license tax as merchants be exempt
from jury service.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
