Chap. 478.—An ACT to repeal section 19 of chapter 60, Acts of
1878-’9, in relation to fines.

Approved March 6, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section nineteen of an act entitled an act prescribing the duties,
powers, liabilities and compensation of certain county officers,
providing for the collection of taxes, and for the repeal of chap-
ters thirty-seven and forty-six of the Code of eighteen hundred
and seventy-three, approved March twenty-nine, eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-five, and all acts amendatory thereof, and to
amend and re-enact the same, approved April first, eighteen
hundred and seventy-nine, be and the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
