Chap. 458.—An ACT to give the city of Richmond control of the
Broad-street road from the corporation line to its intersection with
the boulevard leading to the new reservoir.
Approved March 6, 1886.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the city of Richmond shall have the control and management
of the Broad-street road from its intersection with the boule-
vard leading to Grove avenue to the western limits of said city,
and that said city of Richmond shall have the power to make
such ordinances, orders-and regulations relating to the said
road as it may deem proper and necessary; but the citizens of
the county shall have the same privileges as the city of Rich-
mond.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
