CHAP. 442.—An ACT to authorize G. W. Koontz, treasurer of Shen-
andoah county, to collect certain tax-tickets by levy.

Approved March 6, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the further time of one year is hereby allowed said George W.
Koontz, within which to distrain for, and collect any uncollected
tax-tickets still in his hands and not returned delinquent, for
the years eighteen hundred and eighty-two-three.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
