Chap. 432.—An ACT to authorize Lodge No. 20, Independent Order
of Odd Fellows, in the town of Smithfield, to borrow money to pay
for repairs on their building.

Approved March 6, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of Smithfield Lodge, number twenty, Independent
Order of Odd Fellows, at Smithfield, Isle of Wight county,
Virginia, be and are hereby authorized to borrow money, and
execute any mortgage or trust deed on their building, in said
town of Smithfield, necessary to secure the payment of any and
all debts due for the repairs and addition to said building.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
