Chap. 425.—HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION appropriating money to
purchase flags for the capitol.

Approved March 6, 1886.

. Be it resolved by the house of delegates, the senate con-
cursing, That the sum of two hundred dollars be and the same
is hereby appropriated, to be paid out of moneys in the treas-
ury not otherwise appropriated, to pay for one United States’
flag and one flag of the state, to replace the flags now raised
over the capitol, which have become torn and defaced.

2. This resolution shall be in force from its passage.
