Chap. 410.—An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the courts of
the fifteenth and sixteenth judicial, circuits.
Approved March 3, 1886.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit court for the several counties composing the fif-
teenth and ‘sixteenth judicial circuits, shall be held at the fol-
lowing times in each year:

Fulask third Monday in March and fourth Monday in Oc-
tober.
' Bland, first Monday in April and fourth Monday in Septem-
er.
carroll, third Monday in April and second Monday in Oc-
tober.
Giles, first Monday in May and third Monday in November.
2. Russell, Thursday after first Monday in March, Thursday
after the first Monday in August, and Thursday after t he first
Monday in November. -
Grayson, first Monday in April and third Monday 1 in No-
vember.
Smythe, third Monday in April and third Monday in Sep-
tember,
Washington, first Monday in January, first Monday in May,
and first Monday in October.
3. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act, are
hereby repealed.
4. This act shall be in force on and after January first, one
thousand, eight hundred and eighty-seven.
