CHAP. 403.—An ACT for the relief of A. R. Green, treasurer of Hali-
fax county.
Approved March 3, 1886.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
A. R. Green, treasurer of Halifax county, be allowed until the
first day of June eighteen hundred and eighty-six, to collect
the tax accounts due and unpaid in Roanoke district in said
county, for the year eighteen hundred and eighty-two now in
his hands, and for which he has settled with the auditor of
public accounts; with full power and authority to collect the
same by levy and distress as in other cases for the collection of
taxes.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
