Chap. 354.—An ACT to authorize Jos. E. Brodwater to construct a
bridge across Muddy creek in Accomack county.
Approved March 1, 1886.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Joseph E. Brodwater of the county of Accomack be and he is
hereby authorized to erect and construct at his own expense a
bridge across Muddy creek, above the public landing, known
as Sommer’s landing: provided, that said bridge shall not
obstruct or impair the free navigation of said creek; and pro-
vided further, that this act shall at all times be subject to
amendment or repeal by the general assembly.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
