CHAP. 329.—An ACT to repeal so much of the act to provide for
keeping the paupers in the counties of Scott, Lee, Grayson, Carroll,
Floyd, Goochland, Bedford, Mathews, Rockingham and Amherst,
approved March 12, 1878, and of all acts, and parts of acts amenda-
tory thereof, as refer to Goochland county.

Approved March 1, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
so much of the act to provide for keeping the paupers in the
counties of Scott, Lee, Grayson, Carroll, Floyd, Goochland,
Bedford, Mathews, Rockbridge and Amherst, approved March
twelve, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, and of all acts or
parts of acts amendatory thereof, as refer to the county of
Goochland, be and the same are hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from tts passage.
