CHAP. 305.—An ACT to allow John W. Richardson, treasurer of
Smyth county, further time to levy and collect certan tax tickets.

Approved March 1, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
John W. Richardson, treasurer of Smyth county, shall be and
he is hereby allowed the further time of twelve months from
the date of the passage of this act, in which to levy and collect
certain tax tickets in his hands for the years eighteen hundred
and eighty-two and eighty-three.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
